  • Q: How long does it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

  • Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are the manufacturer and have two factories, one in Jiangsu, China, and one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We also have our own international trade department, which we produce and sell by ourselves.

  • Q: What products can you offer?

    We mainly produce PVB Interlayer, EVA film and SGP film.

  • Q: Can you do customized products?

    Yes, the thickness and width can be customized as well as other requirements.

  • Q: How about the capacity of your company?

    Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities enable us to efficiently meet your needs, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality. Our company operates multiple production lines for PVB interlayers, EVA interlayers, and M-SGP (ionic interlayers). The PVB interlayer production line features an automatic die head with a 3.6-meter web width and a complete set of product testing equipment and facilities. We guarantee that all DaRui-brand glass interlayers are produced exclusively from resin powder, with absolutely no recycled materials added.

  • Q: How many employees does your company have? What about technologists?

    We currently have more than 100 employees, including 20 technical staff members.

  • Q: How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

    We adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure that our PVB interlayers consistently meet industry-required performance and safety standards. We operate our own testing laboratory and utilize advanced, comprehensive testing equipment, all of which help ensure product quality.
    All products must undergo comprehensive quality inspections before leaving the factory. Key test items include impact resistance, penetration resistance, radiation resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, headform impact tests (on samples), drop ball tests, and safety glass performance tests—such as impact resistance against shotgun shells—to ensure strict compliance with national and international safety glass standards.
    Film Color:
    (1) Control of raw materials, including antioxidants and UV absorbers; testing the light transmittance and haze of resins; and determining color control indices for key raw materials such as PVA, butyral, and plasticizers;
    (2) Formulation of a PVB film production control plan, determination of process parameters, and configuration of these parameters in the automated control system to minimize human interference;
    (3) The company is equipped with a dedicated color difference meter to inspect and control the color of each film batch in accordance with HG/T 3862-2006 “Test Method for Yellowness Index of Plastics,” ensuring that the color of every shipped batch remains within the specified tolerance range.

  • Q: What is the payment method?

    When we quote for you, we will confirm with you how the transaction, fob, cif, cnf, etc.

    For mass-produced goods, a 70 percent deposit is required before production and a 30 percent balance is required against a copy of the document. The usual way is via T/T, and L/C is also acceptable.

  • Q: How to deliver the goods to us?

    Usually we send our goods to you by sea, and as we are in Wuxi, China, and we are only 140 km from the port of Shanghai, it is very convenient and efficient to send our goods to any other country. Of course, if your shipment is urgent, we will use air transportation, and Shanghai airport is very close.

  • Q: Where are your products mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to Russia, Turkey, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and other countries.
