SGP Film

Ionic interlayers are copolymers of ethylene and sodium methacrylate, representing new innovation in ultra-safe glass interlayers. The shear modulus of the Ionic interlayers is 50 times that of PVB, and its hardness is 100 times greater, surpassing the safety performance of contemporary technical products. These interlayers not only offer non-toxicity, odorlessness, transparency, high bonding performance, and good impact resistance but also boast comprehensive properties such as explosion-proofing, bulletproofing, hurricane resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, radiation resistance, and anti-aging capabilities. They are the ideal material choice for constructing transparent structures in harsh environments, such as island reefs, and for explosion-proof equipment in unmanned sentry applications.
