Jiangsu Daruihengte Science & Technology Co. Ltd was established in 2010 and specializes in the developing, manufacturing and promoting polyvinyl butyral(PVB) functional film, ordinary film and polyvinyl butyral (PVB) recycling. They are widely used in photovoltaic, aerospace, defense, construction, automotive and many other fields. Our company has passed ISO14000 environmental management system certification, ISO9001 2015 certification. In order to expand the domestic and international markets, We established the pvb film factory of Malaysia Darui Technology SDN. BHD. and Hongkong Hente Croup Limited.

The company covers an area of more than 40 acres. Currently, Darui Hengte has three production lines for PVB interlayer films and have the first set PVB film automatic die head with 3.6 meters width in China, each of which is equipped with a complete set of product testing equipment and facilities.

The company is committed to serving high, middle and high-end and middle-end customers at home and abroad. Our production capacity and sales have been steadily increasing, with products exported to more than 20 countries and regions in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and beyond. “Darui” (PVB) brand has been widely recognized by the industry.

    Our advanced manufacturing facilities enable us to meet your needs effectively and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. We currently have 4 PVB film production lines, 2 EVA film production lines and 1 SGP production line. The PVB film has an annual production capacity of 13,000 tonnes, with 3,000 tonnes of the EVA film and 3,500 tonnes of SGP film. We promise that all glass interlayers are made of resin powder and that no recycled material is ever added.

    PVB film production line equipment is all made by world famous manufacturers. Such as: Brabender's loss-in-weight feeder and automatic control system, Maag's screen changer and melt pumps, the United States CLOEREN 3.6-meter automatic die head, HoneywelI's on-line thickness scanning and thickness automatic control system, HoneywelI's on-line scanning moisture detector, ISRA's on-line surface visual inspection system.

    We adhere to rigorous quality control protocols to ensure that our PVB interlayers consistently meet high-performance and safety standards. Our commitment to quality is backed by our in-house laboratory and advanced testing equipment from industry leaders. Our arsenal includes: - Honeywell's online thickness scanning and automatic control systems, - Honeywell's online moisture scanning devices, - German ISRA's online surface imaging detection systems, - Near-infrared moisture tester from the United States, - Dionex's ASE accelerated solvent extractors from the United States, - Agilent's gas chromatographs from the United States, - German Mahr's surface roughness meters, - Comprehensive testing systems for mechanical, optical, and aging resistance of safety glass. Before dispatch, each product undergoes a thorough quality check, including tests for impact resistance, penetration resistance, radiation resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, human model impact (sample), drop impact separation performance, and resistance to hail impact. These tests ensure strict compliance with national and global safety glass standards. Color Control for Films: 1. We meticulously manage the quality of raw materials, antioxidants, and UV absorbers, all sourced from the renowned BASF. We inspect the light transmittance and haze of the resin and establish color control indicators for key ingredients such as PVA, butyraldehyde, and plasticizers. 2. We have developed a film production control plan, setting process parameters within our automated control systems to reduce human error. 3. Our company is equipped with specialized colorimeters, which we use to inspect and regulate the color of each film roll according to the HG/T3862-2006 "Plastic Yellowness Index Test Method." This ensures that the color variation in bulk shipments is kept within the specified range.

    The company has four well-known experts in the industry, while it has also established a technical department dedicated to PVB-related technical research and development work. The technical department has set up a PVB film testing production line, equipped with test flat presses for production of laminated glass, autoclave, glass washing machine, etc. The company has the ability to research and develop, test to meet the customer's demand for special beads.
