PVB Heat Insulation Film

PVB heat-insulating film is a blend of polyvinyl butyral resin with plasticizer and other plasticizers, adding nano heat-insulating medium using extrusion and calendering technology equipment. This product is produced using our original technology, filling the technical blank in domestic PVB heat-insulating adhesive film. At present, the PVB film made by DuPont, Sekisui Chemical, and other companies is a colorless or primary color film, of which the colorless film has a low infrared barrier rate, and the primary color film is easy to change color and low thermal insulation rate with the addition of color pigments. Hengte PVB heat insulation film using an inorganic nano-insulation medium on the PVB film process modification, product has superior physical properties, strong thermal insulation, the use of long-lasting non-discoloration, the product also has sound insulation and anti-theft function.

Safety: Hengte PVB heat-insulating interlayer film and composite glass layer have a strong adhesive strength, in the case of external impact, can prevent the impact of material penetration, even if the glass is broken, can still be attached to the glass fragments in the interlayer, will not fall off the four scattered injuries.
Energy Saving: PVB interlayer made of architectural, automotive laminated glass can effectively block infrared rays, have good thermal insulation performance, and high energy efficiency; the product has a high visible light transmittance, through the nano-insulating medium and the production process of reasonable adjustment of the visible light transmittance of the film as well as the adjustment of the coefficient of thermal insulation.
